Welcome to iVanHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging iVanHub for marketing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Services
iVanHub provides premium marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation and strategy, lead generation, analytics and reporting, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and client growth systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
3. SEO audit products
- Audit reports are diagnostic snapshots of one URL at one time. They may combine Lighthouse lab measurements, captured HTML, and observed response data. A check may be unavailable or partial when a source times out, rejects access, or cannot be measured.
- The site audit score is a summary of the four stated mobile Lighthouse lab categories. It is not a promise of search ranking, traffic, conversions, accessibility compliance, or security.
- A Fix Pack unlocks one eligible complete report, its supported evidence-backed fixes, implementation prompts, download bundle, and one verification run within 30 days of purchase.
- Fixes and prompts are implementation guidance. iVanHub does not automatically modify or publish to your website. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, backing up, and deploying changes.
- Pro covers one site, unlimited manual audits and four scheduled audits per UTC month, full eligible reports, and verification. Pro is currently gated for new checkout while its provider and subscription lifecycle are being proven. Unused allowances do not roll over.
- Agency is a waitlist and is not available for new checkout.
4. Payment and subscription terms
- All fees are outlined in the applicable service agreement and are due according to the payment schedule specified therein.
- Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
- iVanHub reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.
- Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until then.
- Fix Pack is a one-off digital purchase tied to the selected report. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Otherwise, fees are not refundable after digital access has been supplied.
5. Report access and retention
- Anonymous reports use an unlisted public link for up to 30 days. Anyone holding that link may view the public summary.
- A same-browser sign-up or sign-in may claim an eligible anonymous report. Signed-in complete and partial reports are retained with the account until account deletion or another stated retention rule applies.
- Service, entitlement, or storage outages may temporarily prevent report access. iVanHub will show an unavailable or retry state rather than silently substitute a lower paid tier.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All content, strategies, designs, and deliverables created by iVanHub during the engagement remain the intellectual property of iVanHub until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, except for pre-existing iVanHub tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- iVanHub retains the right to use anonymized results and general methodologies from engagements for portfolio and promotional purposes.
- The client grants iVanHub a limited license to use client trademarks and brand assets as necessary to perform the agreed services.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, financial information, and marketing plans. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement for a period of two (2) years.
8. Audit limitations
Audit evidence can vary between runs because websites, networks, browser environments, and third-party services change. A pass means the stated check passed using the captured evidence; it does not certify the whole website. Experimental AI discoverability checks are internal heuristics and do not predict whether an AI system will mention, cite, rank, or recommend a site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iVanHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination and cancellation
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.
- iVanHub may terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or the service agreement.
- Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client within 14 days of termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
