At iVanHub, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our marketing services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you fill out forms, request a consultation, or subscribe to our communications.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on our site.
- Business Information: Details about your business, marketing goals, and current strategies shared during consultations.
- Payment Information: Stripe customer, checkout, and subscription references. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- SEO Audit Information: Submitted URL, redirects, captured page evidence, Lighthouse lab results, response headers, screenshots, report findings, generated implementation prompts, fix activity, and verification results.
- Abuse-prevention Information: A salted or keyed request fingerprint, browser claim cookie, audit timestamps, and allowance usage. These support anonymous rate limits and report claiming.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our marketing services
- Communicate with you about projects, updates, and promotional offers
- Analyze website usage to improve our site and user experience
- Process payments and manage client accounts
- Create, store, share, claim, download, and verify SEO audit reports
- Prevent abuse and enforce anonymous, Free, Fix Pack, and Pro allowances
- Send marketing communications (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our site. These include:
- Essential Cookies: Required for basic site functionality.
- Optional first-party analytics: after you select Allow analytics, iVanHub sets an HttpOnly identifier for up to 30 days. It links content landing, CTA, enquiry, checkout, and reconciled payment lifecycle events without storing the raw identifier or contact details in the attribution record. iVanHub does not load hosted analytics, advertising, or marketing pixels.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
iVanHub runs on a protected Contabo deployment with self-hosted Supabase for authentication and data storage. Submitted public URLs are processed by iVanHub's local Chromium/Lighthouse worker. Stripe is used only for payment and subscription processing. Leads and consultation requests remain in the iVanHub dashboard; no hosted email or search-data provider is called. We do not sell personal data.
5. Report visibility and retention
- Anonymous report summaries are available through an unlisted public link for up to 30 days. Anyone with that link can view the summary.
- Eligible anonymous reports may be claimed after same-browser sign-up or sign-in. Signed-in complete and partial reports are stored with the account until account deletion or another stated retention requirement applies.
- Billing and administrative action records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations.
- Raw first-party attribution events are retained for up to 13 months. Identity links are removed on related lead or account deletion where applicable; non-identifying aggregates may remain.
- Withdrawing marketing consent stops future marketing email and removes pending SEO nurture messages. It does not remove transactional account or billing messages.
6. Lawful bases
Depending on the processing, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent for marketing communications and optional cookies, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@ivanhub.co.uk. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe link that withdraws the linked consent record.
